WearRAcon Europe 2023

The 3rd edition of the WearRAcon Europe seeks submissions for the poster session, with contributions describing recently completed work, preliminary results of work in progress or successful systems and applications in all areas related to occupational exoskeleton use cases.

Poster presentations will be an integral part of the conference, with a dedicated session for interactive discussion between presenters and attendees. Note that, in order to maintain interactive and exciting poster presentations, we require at least one presenter per accepted poster to attend the conference. One presenter per poster may therefore register to the conference free-of-charge.

Submission deadline of abstracts:                                         September 30, 2023 (extended)

Notification of results and information about registration:    October 08, 2023 (extended)

The abstract must be written in English (max. 2 pages), preferably following the provided template and be submitted in PDF format through e-mail to wearraconeurope-poster@ipa.fraunhofer.de before the submission deadline.

Supplementary material, such as a poster draft and/or videos, may be submitted as well, but are not mandatory. However, the total size of all attachments should not exceed 20 MB.

Information regarding registration will be sent together with the notification of acceptance to the authors of the selected poster. All submissions should be considered as "pending" until the reception of the notification of results.
